ASIC worked with Canon to replace its large, ageing and disparate print fleet, reducing the overall number of printers from 182 to 120. Old hardware was replaced with multifunction devices capable of scanning and archiving, and configured with finishing capabilities. The new system increased printer uptime, improved document security, and saved time and money. It also meant ASIC could better monitor its printer activity, which helped save more money and reduce its environmental impact.
Now ASIC is ready to move to enterprise-wide scanning - an electronic data management system to store all its corporate documents.
The new system has made working much easier at ASIC.
