Auckland, NEW ZEALAND – 13 August 2025: Canon has once again been recognised for the uniFLOW Online solution it offers, earning the Buyers Lab (BLI) Pick Award for Outstanding Cloud Output Management Solution for the seventh consecutive year from Keypoint Intelligence.
uniFLOW Online, which introduced remote device access1, builds on its reputation for providing organisations the ability to track and control print, scan and copy activities from virtually anywhere, through a single cloud-based platform. This feature enables IT teams to provide real-time support to compatible multifunction printer (MFP) devices remotely, helping limit the need for technicians to provide on-site uniFLOW Online technical support. This is designed to help enhance uptime and help businesses get back to work faster.
In addition to remote device access, uniFLOW Online has strengthened its integration with Microsoft SharePoint® and iManage® Cloud, and added capabilities such as scheduled email reports and additional scan-to-email functionality2. These innovations further enhance the solution’s flexibility to meet the demands of modern work environments.
“It’s a real honour to be recognised for the seventh year running,” said Yoshinori Moritaki, Director, Sales & Support Group, Canon Oceania. “This award is a strong reflection of Canon’s ongoing commitment to delivering smart, secure print and scan solutions that support the needs of today’s dynamic workplaces.”
“With continuous enhancements to the uniFLOW Online platform, we’re enabling businesses to remain productive and connected—whether teams are based in the office, working remotely, or operating in a hybrid environment.”
Yoshinori Moritaki, Director, Sales & Support Group, Canon Oceania
“Keypoint Intelligence analysts have long been impressed with the steady evolution of uniFLOW Online and its reliable, feature-rich capabilities year after year,” said Jamie Bsales, Principal Analyst, Keypoint Intelligence.
“The solution continues to provide businesses with print management with security features, mobile device support, and detailed tracking, while constantly improving and adapting to changing market needs.”
