NOTE: -The Version 1.0.7 firmware being released this time is for wireless file transmitters with firmware up to Version 1.0.6. If the wireless file transmitter's firmware is already Version 1.0.7, it is not necessary to update the firmware.

Windows After the downloaded compressed file (.zip) is extracted, a firmware folder is created. *Extracting the downloaded file: Right-click the zip file, and then select Extract All to extract the file. The extracted folder contains the firmware (file name: WE500107.UPD / file size: 2,894,780 bytes) and instructions on the firmware update procedures (a PDF file in five languages: Japanese, English, French, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese).

Fixes a phenomenon where the connection between the camera and computer is terminated when using the EOS Utility software to shoot movies, and the camera no longer recognizes the wireless file transmitter.
