Simply make an eligible purchase from an authorised Canon New Zealand retailer between 13 November 2025 and 4 February 2026 and keep your receipt and box.
Claim here and fill in your details including serial number, name, phone number, and valid email address by 18 February 2026.
Simply upload a photo of your receipt and serial number. We’ll also ask you to answer five brand questions about your photography level and preferences.
Once your claim has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 5 business days, you will be notified whether your claim has been approved. If approved, the bank transfer will be processed within 21 business days (from the date of approval confirmation)

To be eligible to submit a claim, participants must purchase a new eligible product during the promotion period from an authorised Canon Australia or New Zealand retailer.
For purchases made via Amazon AU, the product must be both sold and shipped by Amazon AU. Claims will not be accepted for products purchased from an affiliated Amazon reseller listed on the Amazon Marketplace.
a) Purchase any eligible product between 13 November 2025 and 4 February 2026, and keep your receipt and packaging.
b) Go online to https://promotions.canon.com.au/summer2025 (Australia) or https://promotions.canon.co.nz/summer2025 (New Zealand) to make a claim by 18 February 2026.
c) Upload a photo of your receipt and a photo of the product serial number.
d) Fill in your details including name, phone number and valid email address.
Serial numbers are typically found in the below locations marked in RED.
The receipt for the eligible product must clearly specify:
• the Eligible Product purchased
• the price of the Eligible Product purchased
• the name of the authorised Canon Australia retailer or Canon New Zealand retailer
• the purchase date
• the receipt number; and
• that payment for the Eligible Product has been received in full.
If the receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.
The promotion is limited to three (3) claims per person.
• Australian residents can choose to receive either a Virtual Visa Gift Card or a bank transfer.
• New Zealand residents will receive a bank transfer to their nominated bank account.
Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your Claim. You will not be able to submit your Claim until all information requested has been correctly entered.
You can check the status of an existing claim on the claim page, by entering your mobile number and claim ID. Your claim ID can be found in your email confirmation.
