Firmware Version 1.4.0 incorporates the following fixes and enhancements:

1. Adds support for registering the still thumbnail when a preset memory is registered.
2. Adds support for registering the still thumbnail of the trace start position.
3. Adds function for freeze image during preset moving.
4. Adds Adaptive Bitrate (ABR) function for video delivery over SRT protocol.
5. Adds support for setting up to four output destinations for the free-d protocol.
6. Adds the option "other than network settings and management information" as restore items for the backup/restore function.
7. Adds Backup/Restore function for Add-On Applications System settings.
8. Fixes an issue that caused audio noise during RTMP distribution to the video streaming service.
9. Fixes minor issues.

Update the firmware from the camera's Settings Page.

The firmware contains software modules developed by third parties. The details are available in the download: ReadMe-E.txt, ThirdPartySoftware-E.pdf (Third Party Software) and the license conditions are available in the ThirdPartySoftware folder which is inside the LICENSE folder.

*SRT Protocol: A widely used video transmission protocol for video streaming and live broadcast, developed and open sourced by Haivision and supported by the SRT Alliance.
2. Adds support for free-d protocol.*
*free-d protocol: A widely used protocol for camera tracking communication, mainly in virtual studio systems.
3. Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the pan/tilt/zoom to not move to the correct position during prolonged continuous power supply.(Same as correspondence of Ver. 1.1.4)
4. Fxied a bug in 'Genlock function'.
However, when using the Genlock function, select Level A as the mapping method for the output signal of the 3G-SDI connector. If you select Level B, the V phase may shift. (Same as correspondence of Ver. 1.1.4)

1. Able to now specify desired [Time] or [Speed Level] for Pan/Tilt/Zoom operations when calling presets.
By this, when calling a preset, the Pan/Tilt/Zoom operations start at the same time and finish at the same time.
2. Able to now stop a preset operation by the [Stop] button.
3. Minor bug fixes.

Setup Instructions

1. Download the file to any folder.
2. Extract files from a compressed file (ZIP file).
3. For further instructions, refer to Readme in the decompressed folder.

Caution

Do not turn off the power to the camera while performing the firmware update.
Turning off the camera at this stage may result in disabling its ability to boot correctly.
