How to claim
Claiming your reward is simple
  • Form

    1. Fill the claim form online

    Simply make an eligible purchase from an authorised Canon New Zealand retailer between 15 August and 23 October 2024 and keep your receipt and box.

    Claim here and fill in your details including serial number, name, phone number, valid email address and physical address (if applicable) by 7 November 2024.

  • Receipt

    2. Upload your product details

    Upload a photo of your receipt and serial number and let us know the combination of voucher values that you would like to receive. We’ll also ask you to answer five brand questions about your photography level and preferences.

  • Money 

    3. This is the fun bit!

    Once your claim has been validated you will receive a confirmation email/SMS within 3 business days to confirm if your claim has been approved. Once approved, you will then receive your vouchers by email within 7 business days.

  • When is the Promotion Period?

    The Promotion Period starts on 15 August 2024 and closes on 23 October 2024.

  • Who can enter the Promotion?

    The Promotion is only open to individual New Zealand residents who are not employees or immediate family members of employees, of the Promoter or its related companies.

    Participants who are under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in this Promotion, agree to these terms, and submit a Claim. Participants must provide evidence of consent if requested by the Promoter.

  • Which purchases are eligible?

    To be eligible to submit a Claim, Participants must purchase a new Eligible product during the Promotion Period from an authorised Canon New Zealand retailer.

  • How do I make a claim?

    a) Purchase any Eligible Product between 15 August 2024 and 23 October 2024 and keep your receipt and packaging.

    b) Go online to www.canon.co.nz/voucherpromo to make a claim by 7 November 2024.

    c) Upload a photo of your receipt and a photo of the product serial number.

    d) Choose how you would like to receive your claim.

    e) Fill in your details including name, phone number, valid email address and physical address (if applicable)

  • What is required on my receipt?

    The receipt for the Eligible Product must clearly specify:

     • the Eligible Product purchased
     • the price of the Eligible Product purchased
     • the name of the authorised Canon New Zealand retailer
     • the purchase date
     • the receipt number; and
     • that payment for the Eligible Product has been received in full.

    If the receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.

  • How many times can I enter?

    No more than three (3) Claims may be made per household.

  • What will I receive?

    You can choose which voucher you would like to receive with either a Snap Wireless and/or July Luggage voucher.

  • I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

    Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your Claim. You will not be able to submit your Claim until all information requested has been correctly entered.
