Specifically, the Canon imageFORMULA DR-S350NW is built for speed delivering up to 50 pages per minute. It can also scan up to 100 images per minute in duplex mode, supporting colour, greyscale, and black-and-white formats. Its 60-sheet Automatic Document Feeder is suitable for processing large document batches while minimising downtime.
The DR-S350NW office document scanner is easy to use. Featuring a 4.3-inch colour touch panel, it allows you effortlessly configure scan settings, initiate scan jobs, and preview scanned documents - on the device - no computer needed.
Users on the same network can instantly connect their mobile device to the scanner by simply capturing a QR code on the display of the scanner. This opens the embedded CaptureOnTouch Lite Web software to start scanning.
Users can direct scan without the need for additional PC or software. Utilise pre-configured/pre-defined scan jobs on the device to streamline your routine workflow tasks, enabling direct file transmission over the network to your desired output destination.
The device allows you to send scanned files to shared folders, email addresses, printers, and FTO servers (FTP, FTPS, SFTP). In addition, the scan-to-mail feature enables users to send images directly to Microsoft Teams or Slack, enhancing collaboration.
