WUX450ST, WUX500ST, WUX500 Projectors Firmware Update Notification

1. Support for the smartphone application Canon Service Tool for PJ has been added.
2. Support for certain user commands has been added.
3. Corrects a communication error when using Crestron equipment in HD BaseT format. 

Firmware update is not required if the firmware version the projector is

WUX450ST Version 01.030200 or later 
WUX500ST Version 01.010100 or later 
WUX500 Versions 01.000000 to 01.030200, and 02.030300 or later

After the firmware update, it is possible to restore the projector to a previous firmware version. For customers who wish to restore the projector to a previous firmware version, please contact the Canon Customer Support Centre.
