EOS C300 DAF Firmware Update 2.1.5.1 00

For Firmware Version 2.1.2.1.00 - 2.1.4.1.00 with the Dual Pixel CMOS AF Feature Upgrade applied.

This firmware update (Version 2.1.5.1 00) incorporates the following correction.

Firmware Version 2.1.5.1.00 fixes a phenomenon in which the WFM (waveform monitor), VS (vector scope), Edge Mon. (edge monitor) cannot be displayed when using Continuous AF.

Caution:

Firmware Version 2.1.5.1.00 is only for EOS C300 cameras which have Firmware Version 2.1.2.1.00 - 2.1.4.1.00 with the Dual Pixel CMOS AF Feature Upgrade applied.

If your camera’s firmware is already version 2.1.5.1.00, it is not necessary to update the firmware. Once the camera is updated to the latest firmware version, it cannot be restored to a previous version.

If the EOS C300 camera does not have Dual Pixel CMOS AF Feature Upgrade applied, please download Firmware Version 1.1.4.1.00
