Solution
Set your preferred shutter speed, aperture value, and ISO speed.
The setting procedures are explained below.
Caution
Some shutter speeds may cause flickering on the screen when recording under fluorescent or LED lighting, which may be recorded.
1. Set the mode dial to [ ] and press the power button to turn the camera on.
2. Press the ⋖⋗ button to display the menu items, press the ⋖⋗⋖⋗ buttons, and then choose the [ ] icon () appearing on the left side of the screen.
3. Press the ⋖⋗⋖⋗ buttons to choose [ : Manual ] from the options appearing in the menu on the bottom of the screen, and then press the ⋖⋗ button.
4. When the settings have been completed, the following screen appears.
: Turn the ⋖⋗ dial to set the [Shutter Speed].
: Turn the ⋖⋗ ring to set the [Aperture].
: Turn the exposure compensation dial to set the [Exposure].
: Set the [ISO Speed]. For more information, please refer to Setting the ISO speed (PowerShot G5 X).

5. Select the desired menu item in step 4, and then turn the ⋖⋗ dial or the ⋖⋗ ring to make the settings.

6. Press the movie button ⋖⋗ to begin recording a movie.
