Slow internet access or printing speed when PC is connected to a network printer

Solution

Turn OFF the printer and unplug the power cable.

Wait for a moment then plug in the cable and power ON the printer.

Caution

For fax model printers, unplugging the power cable will reset the date and time information. All data (sent and received faxes) that are stored in memory will also be deleted.

Before unplugging the power cable, be sure to confirm that the fax data you need has already been printed, or sent.
