This product is a menu window that provides quick access, from your desktop, to Canon applications and manual. Online product information icon appears according to the model.

Update History

[Ver.1.4.1a]
- OS X Yosemite (v10.10) has been added as a supported OS.

- The Gatekeeper function is supported.
- From the v1.4.1a, OS X v10.3.9/10.4.11/10.5.8/10.6.8 will not be supported.　Therefore, Solution Menu cannot be installed in the OS X v10.3.9/10.4.11/10.5.8/10.6.8 environment.

- OS X Mavericks v10.9 has been added as a supported OS.
- OS X Mountain Lion (v10.8) has been added as a supported OS.
(Digital signature will be added in the future.)
- OS X v10.7 has been added as a supported OS.
- The problem that the Solution Menu icon is not deleted from Dock has been rectified.

1. The user can add a product using the Register online button.
In such case, the button name will be changed from "Register online." to "Register product."
2. When logging into using the "Login online" button, both the login name / password can be saved in the CANON iMAGE GATEWAY login window. Therefore, retyping them is no longer required next time or later.

Setup Instructions

Download / Installation Procedures
1. Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
2. Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
3. Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
4. Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

Caution

[OS X v10.8/10.9/10.10]
When you try to install the software downloaded from the Canon download library, the message will be displayed and the installer cannot be launched in some instances.
Procedures for the installation:
1. While pressing and holding the Ctrl key, click on the installer package file.
2. Select [Open].
3. "The software is from an unidentified developer. Are you sure want to open it?" is displayed. Select [Open].
