Claiming your cash back is simple
  • Step 1

    1. Make an eligible purchase

    Simply make an eligible purchase from an authorised Canon New Zealand retailer between 30 May 2022 and 25 July 2022.

    If a retailer is not advertising this promotion, contact Canon or ask the re-seller if they are an authorised Canon New Zealand dealer before making a purchase to ensure your claim will be validated.

    2. Fill the claim form online

    Claim here before 8 August 2022. You can upload a photo of your receipt and wel'll validate it (that's the legal stuff) and then we'll process your claim.

    3. Get your cash back

    This is the fun bit. Once we've validated your receipt we'll deposit your cash.

Frequently asked questions
  • Who may enter this promotion?

    This promotion is open to participants who have purchased an eligible Canon product from a Canon authorised New Zealand retailer between 30 May and 25 July 2022. Online redemption must be made by August 8 2022.

  • How do I enter?

    a) Simply purchase any eligible Canon product listed above between 30 May and 25 July and keep your receipt.

    b) Go online to Specials  to make claim by 08 August 2022.

    c) Simply upload a photo of your receipt.

    d) Fill in your details including full name, phone number, valid email address and physical address.

    e) Let us know how you would like to receive your claim (Cash back amount deposited electronically into nominated bank account or Physical Visa Card).

  • How many times can I enter?

    Eligible Claimants (whether an individual or entity) may submit a maximum of four (4) claims across the Promotion Period. No more than two (2) claims per transaction.

  • What is required on my invoice?

    The Qualifying Purchase receipt must clearly specify:

    • the Participating Product purchased
    • the price of the Participating Product purchased
    • the Participating Retailer of purchase
    • the purchase date
    • the receipt number; and
    • that payment for the Qualifying Purchase has been received in full.

    If the Qualifying Purchase receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.

  • What happens after I submit my claim?

    Once the claim has been validated, you will receive an email within 3 business days, letting you know if your claim has been approved.

    If your claim is approved and you opted to receive the cashback amount in your nominated bank account, it will be processed within 10 business days. If you opted to receive a physical Visa gift card in the mail, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

    If your claim is deemed invalid or missing information, you will be notified via email. You must provide the additional documents within the claim period otherwise your claim will remain invalid and will not be processed.

  • What reward will I receive?

    You can choose how you would like to receive your claim (cashback deposited electronically into bank account or a physical Visa Gift Card). Each Eligible Claimant will receive their claim of choice with the relevant value corresponding to their Qualifying Purchase.

  • I'm having trouble completing the claim form online, what should I do?

  • I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

    Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your entry. You will not be able to submit your entry until all information has been correctly entered.
