PHIL HILLYARD – THE DAILY TELEGRAPH (Sports Photography): Phil transferred to the Daily Telegraph in 1998 from the Adelaide Advertiser and is currently working there as a senior sports photographer and has covered many big events including 5 Olympic Games, 2 Commonwealth Games and over 30 NRL & AFL Grand FInals. He has been recognized for his work winning many national and international awards including 9 Walkley Awards. He has twice been named Australian Press Photographer of the Year.
MARK MOHELL – NATIONAL PORTRAIT GALLERY (Fine Art Printing): Mark studied photography at the Canberra Institute of Technology, and in 1996 was named the AIPP (ACT) Student Photographer of the Year, and then went on to gain a degree in environmental design. Since 2010 he has been the Imaging Services Manager at the National Portrait Gallery where his primary role is to ensure that he documents collections and printing exhibitions for acquistion and display.
ALESSIA CALVI – CANON AUSTRALIA (Content & Social Media Specialist): Alessia is a passionate social media and content marketing professional with over six years experience in Digital Communications within small and large organisations. Alessia started her journey with Canon over four years ago and is now successfully managing Canon’s content strategy, building it up to be one of Australia’s leading and most engaging online brands.
