The briefs for 2012

Now in its sixth year, EOS Photo5 is gaining recognition as the most exciting photographic competition of the year. Inside the official EOS Photo5 box are items, representing 5 separate photographic briefs. The challenge is to answer the 5 briefs with the most creative and imaginative images you can think of. We’re expecting even bigger things from the World of EOS community this year. Check out this year’s winners here.

This year’s Open Brief is ‘Wind’, a brief that calls on you to be inspired by the world around you. ‘Open Brief’ means you can participate even if you miss out on one of the limited edition EOS Photo5 boxes.

Don’t forget that if you enter all 5 briefs, you'll automatically be entered into the Portfolio Competition, where we’ll be awarding an additional prize to the photographer with the best set of 5 photos.
