Terms & Conditions
1. Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Claims are only open to New Zealand residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim.
3. Promotion commences on 21/06/2010 and ends at close of business on 31/08/2010 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To be eligible to claim the Gift, individuals must purchase, from any authorised Canon reseller during 21/06/2010 to 31/08/2010 (“Purchasing Period”), any one of the products listed in (a) or (b) below (“Participating Products”)
(a) Canon PIXMA Printer, model numbers iP100, iP3600, iP4700, Pro9000MkII, Pro9500MkII, MP550, MP560, MP630, MP640, MP980, MP990 (“Product 1”); or
(b) Canon PIXMA or Laser Printer, model numbers MX320, MX330, MX340, MX350, MX860, MX870, iX7000, LBP3100B, LBP3250, LBP3310, LBP3370, LBP3460, LBP3500, LBP5050N,LBP5360, LBP7200CDN, LBP7750CDN, D1150, MF4340D, MF4350D, MF4370DN, MF4380DN, MF4680, MF8050CDN, MF8350CDN, MF8450C, MF9170C (“Product 2”)
To submit a claim, claimants must visit the canon.co.nz/PIXMA/Everything website and then follow the prompts to the promotion entry page and input the requested details including the serial number from the Participating Product purchased, store of purchase, and a valid email address and submit this during the Promotional Period
5. After undertaking the process as detailed in condition (4) claimants will be sent a confirmation receipt email to the nominated email address (“Confirmation Email”). To claim a Gift, claimants must, during the Promotional Period attach a photocopy of their purchase receipt which includes proof of purchase of the Participating Product(s), the original barcode cut out from the Participating Product’s packaging and a printout of Confirmation Email (containing the Claim ID number) then mail it to: “Canon PIXMA Everything Promotion” Offer, PO BOX 33 336, Takapuna, 0740, Auckland (“Claim”).
6. Only photocopies of original receipt(s) verifying date of purchase, product type purchased and indication of full or final payment of products within the Promotional Period will be accepted. Hand written receipt(s), delivery docket(s) or Lay-by deposit/part payment receipt(s) will not be accepted. Only original barcodes cut out from the eligible Canon product boxes will be accepted. Photocopies of barcodes will not be accepted
7. The Bonus Pack will be issued to the person or organisation as named on the Claim Form but will only be sent to a New Zealand address as provided on the claim form. We will not deliver to addresses outside of New Zealand. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct address details. Delays or non-delivery that arise as a result of supplying incorrect address details are the responsibility of the participant. The claimant accepts this as a condition of this promotion.
8. Once the Claim has been validated the claimant will be notified by email and the Gift will be sent to the address provided when submitting their entry. Claimants must allow 28 days for delivery from Canon’s receipt of the Claim.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
11. A claimant may submit multiple claims, subject to the condition that only one claim is permitted for each Participating Product purchased by the claimant and each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.

12. For a claimant to be eligible to receive a Gift, their Claim(s) must be received no later than the last mail received by the Promoter on 30 September 2010. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late or misdirected claims.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
14. The Gift is, for a purchase of
(a) Product 1: a ‘Creative pack’ which includes 1x pack of A4 T-Shirt transfers, 1x pack of A4 Double-sided Semi-gloss photo paper, 1x magnetic photo frame set and 1x wire photo frame valued at $100.00 RRP
(b) Product 2: an ‘Office pack’ which includes 1x ream of Canon A4 office paper, 1x A4 doodle pad, 1x clip photo frame and 1x Canon 3 year extended warranty valued at $130.00 RRP
15. If any Gift (or part of any Gift) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Gift (or that part of the Gift) with a Gift to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
17. . The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with accessing the promotional website, including but not limited to telecommunication provider and internet service provider costs.
18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) use of a Gift.
19. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
20. By ticking the relevant opt-in box when registering to participate in the Promotion individuals consent, until otherwise advised, to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter for an indefinite period, including via electronic communications and via phone and accept the terms of MyCanon. MyCanon members may review and adjust their privacy settings through their MyCanon profile page.
21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New Zealand.
