To thank you for your efforts throughout the year and to give you the chance to spend some extra time with your family and friends during the Christmas / New Year period, Canon provides all permanent employees with an extra day of leave during the holiday season.

Birthday Leave
In order to celebrate, relax, or do something special, all permanent employees receive a day off around the time of their birthday.

Purchasing Additional Annual Leave
Employees have the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave of up to 4 weeks over a 12 month period, helping to assist with balancing work/life commitments.
